What We’re Reading: Literature Digests by Topic

SNPits logoThe SNP•its editorial team monitors leading medicine, pharmacy, pharmacogenomics, and genomic medicine journals on a daily basis. We evaluate each pharmacogenomics article for clinical relevance and scientific validity. Those that meet our clinical relevance criteria are selected for inclusion in the topical digests below – which are updated monthly – and for consideration by the UF Health Personalized Medicine Program’s evidence-review committee, which is responsible for interpreting the literature and applying it as appropriate to clinical implementations at UF Health. Journal articles that are most readily applicable and relevant to practicing clinicians are selected for a SNP•its Study Summary, which discusses findings and clinical implications of a pharmacogenomics study in the context of the larger evidence base.
